So yea. Catcher in the Rye. Probably one of the most controversial books I've ever read before, and now, off to read it again. I'll have to watch those spoilers...
Anyway, if you consider all the people who've done crazy things and said, basically, "The book made me do it", you have to wonder; what did they see? This time through I'm determined to search for underlying innuendos. Post 'em as you find em.

You would put complicated words that I wouldn't understand such as innuendos. Anyways, I do agree that this book is very controversial. Don't know about you but I'm liking this book.

ReplyDeleteTo be honest this book has seemed pretty straight forward to me. It only has those underlying innuendos if you rediculously over analize it, which happens to any book if you look to close. Everything i have read so far seems perfectly normal, and to be honest i could see myself doing alot of the stuff Holden does. P.S. i you want to read somthing controversial look at a history book. . .
